• Heat on medium for 5–7 minutes, stirring gently
• Reheat until piping hot throughout (70°C core temperature)
• Serve immediately

• Place in a microwave-safe bowl
• Cover loosely with a microwave-safe lid or plate
• Heat on medium-high (700–900W) for 2½–3 minutes
• Stir halfway through and heat in 30-second bursts if needed
• Let stand for 30 seconds before serving
