🍳 Stovetop (Recommended for Best Flavour & Texture)
• Transfer the beef and sauce to a saucepan or skillet
• Heat gently over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally
• Reheat the potato purée and glazed vegetables (carrots & mushrooms) in separate pans over low heat, stirring occasionally
• Heat each component until piping hot throughout (70°C)
• Let rest for 1 minute before serving
⚡ Microwave (Faster Option)
• Place the beef and sauce in a microwave-safe dish and cover loosely
• Heat on medium-high (700–900W) for 2½–3 minutes
• Then add the potato purée and vegetables to the dish
• Continue heating for 1–1½ minutes, stirring or turning halfway through
• Continue in 30-second bursts if needed until all components are hot (70°C)
• Let stand for 1 minute before serving

• Do not leave at room temperature
• Consume immediately after reheating
