Beef • Red wine • Carrots • Onions • Garlic • Thyme • Bay leaf • Butter • Olive oil • Salt • Pepper • Potato purée (potatoes • milk • cream • butter • nutmeg)

Heating Instructions

🍳 Stovetop (Recommended for Best Flavour & Texture)

• Transfer the beef brochettes and sauce to a skillet or saucepan
• Heat gently over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring or turning occasionally
• In a separate pan, reheat the potato purée with a splash of milk or cream if needed
• Heat both components until piping hot throughout (70°C)
• Let rest for 1 minute before serving

⚡ Microwave (Faster Option)

• Place brochettes and sauce in a microwave-safe dish and cover loosely
• Heat on medium-high (700–900W) for 2–3 minutes
• Stir or flip halfway through to ensure even heating
• In a separate dish, heat the purée for 1½–2 minutes, stirring once
• Continue in 30-second bursts if needed until both are hot (70°C)
• Let stand for 1 minute before serving
