β’ Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (fan) / 200Β°C (conventional)
β’ Place the Cordon Bleu on a baking tray
β’ Heat for 12β15 minutes, until golden and hot throughout (70Β°C)
β’ Let rest for 1 minute before serving
β‘ Microwave
β’ Place on a microwave-safe plate and cover loosely
β’ Heat on medium-high (700β900W) for 2Β½β3 minutes
β’ Check the centre is hot and cheese is melted
β’ Continue in 30-second bursts if needed
β’ Let stand for 1 minute before serving

β’ Reheat only once
β’ Do not leave at room temperature
β’ Consume immediately after reheating
